Feedback from Transcribing Schnitzler 'sprint'

Thank you for participating in the crowdsourcing activity ‘Transcribing Schnitzler’ held from 19.10.2015-16.11.2015, an online transcription initiative organised by the Schnitzler Digital Edition Project in collaboration with the Cambridge University Library.

We would greatly appreciate your feedback.

The Transcribing Schnitzler ‘sprint’ aimed to engage a public crowd, across different generations, which was able to transcribe a set of Arthur Schnitzler’s papers in four weeks. The initiative started on 19 October 2015. Anybody who was interested in Schnitzler’s literary texts or in deciphering difficult handwriting was invited to join the conversation. A selection of the most successful transcriptions were presented to all participants at the end of the ‘sprint’.

‘Transcribing Schnitzler’ is a participatory project organized by the British team of the Schnitzler Digital Edition Project, which is funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council. The UK team is editing texts by Arthur Schnitzler from the period between 1904 and 1913. Unpublished sketches and drafts from Schnitzler’s dramatic texts Professor Bernhardi, Das weite Land and Die Gleitenden were accessible online for four weeks.

By completing this feedback form you will help to inform the development of future activities.
