At Cambridge, Faculties and Departments are organised into Schools, which are administrative groupings of related subjects. There are six Schools in the University: Arts and Humanities, Biological Sciences, Clinical Medicine, Humanities and Social Sciences, Physical Sciences, and Technology.

CSAH

The Faculty of Modern and Medieval Languages is part of the School of Arts and Humanities. This is sometimes referred to as 'SAH" or 'CSAH' (for Council of the School of Arts and Humanities), or simply the School. The School has an elected supervisory Council, with representatives from all of the constituent Faculties and Departments.
