The key dates for students on their Year Abroad in 2017-18 for the YAP are:

| 2 | Registration of your Year Abroad Project. | Tuesday 13 February 2018 |
| 3 | Latest date by which you must have applied for approval to revise your choice of subject area and/or type of project. | Friday 8 June 2018 |
| 4 | Submission of YAP. | Friday 5 October 2018 (by no later than 4pm) |
